The hotel has a great location just a couple of blocks from downtown and very close to the Paramount Theater, making it ideal for concert-goers. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay much more enjoyable. However, the rooms could use a deep clean, and the dining service was a bit inconsistent. The overall experience provided good value for money, but the cleanliness and dining hours were not ideal.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the location was great, close to downtown and restaurants.
